Two Ways to Contact Crux

Support Forums

The Crux Support Forums are the preferred way to get help with Crux products for a number of reasons.  Primarily, it is possible that your question can be answered immediately because someone else may have already asked it.  If not, Crux will post an answer within 24 hours and then others who may have the same question will have an answer immediately.

Additionally, it is possible that other members of the Crux user community may be able to answer your question, so you may not have to wait for a Crux representative to post an answer.

Finally, the forums allow Crux to be open about the way we address support issues.  We want to help you with any problem you may have as quickly as possible.  If it turns out there is a problem in our software we will acknowledge it and address it with the highest priority.

Fill out a short feedback form and Crux Technologies will get back to you as soon as possible.  This will usually be the same day.
